> Candidate class: Friday, 7 pm

> NO adult sparring class on Saturday am this week

> Demo signups for upcoming demos and a demo class on Saturday, May 4 at 9 am

> Upcoming MOM's class. Moms, create a lasting memory with your child. Take a special class with your child and earn your pink belt. Class will be held on Friday, May 10th at 7pm. Please sign up at the front desk by May 3rd.
